Life Goes On by Judge James Ragan III of Ahoskie, NC, is a comedy about a judge who dies 30 days before his survivor benefits vest and the scheme developed by his friends and co-workers to keep him "alive" for 30 more days. The play goes from funny to hilarious as the partners in crime struggle to keep the secret from expiring. They do such a good job that the governor even decides to appoint the dead judge to the Supreme Court bench!
